    Lambretta Li150 Clutch Rebuild

What looked a little daunting at first was actually quite simple, installing the front sprocket was made easy by marking it out first so that the two parts lined up when winding in the bolt.

Here are all the parts ready to rebuild the clucth, the cork plate soaked in gear oil for a few days.

  • Barry Smyth's Space

My name is Barry Smyth, I live in Sydney Australia and my day job is as a search marketing evangelist. I run a series of conferences in Asia Pacific dedicated to educating companies on how to optimise web sites for search engine traffic and also how to maximise your return on investment from paid search advertising products like Google Adwords.

I spend quite a bit of time with my wife two children in the limited spare time I have & when not with them I:

    - In the process of restoring a Lambretta Series 3 Li150

    - Read a lot

    - Enjoy mucking around with Mac’s

    - Enjoy photography

    - I am now getting into video editing on my Macbook Pro using iMovie so that I can start making use of all that video footage I have taken over the years

    - Currently teaching myself how to use Final Cut

As an avid Star Wars fan I get into the books and movies whenever I can, I just finished the EU series “New Jedi Order” and am thoughly sick of the Yoozang Vong. My favoirite EU series is the Republic Commando series by Karran Travis, I am currently reading the Dark Nest trilogy.

I’d love to have the barrysmyth.com domain but some guy called Barry Smyth in Singapore has the domain, oh well.
